My name is Konner Hunt. I am a native to Idaho and was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. I have grown up hunting all over Idaho for as long as I can remember. My love for the outdoors stems from my father taking me along with him. I remember being 8 years old and miles in the backcountry with all of our gear on opening day of the archery season. Now having a son of my own I can not wait until he is old enough to bring him along with me!

I have always had a deep appreciation for wildlife and the backcountry that Idaho has to offer. I went to the University of Idaho and received a Bachelors of Science in Wildlife Resources. This has helped me tremendously in understanding the different ranges that ungulates inhabit.

I started Idaho Big Game Scouting for the purpose to help other hunters be successful! I know that it can be tough for people to get time off to scout a hunting area. So I am here to help! Save your vacation time for the hunt!
